The alarm monitoring center operates 24/7 after the system is installed. Since operators cannot monitor all cameras at the same time, artificial intelligence-supported alarms are used. When an alarm arrives, the operator examines all the cameras that see the point of origin of the alarm and makes the necessary notes. If the alarm indicates a real threat, the operator uses loudspeakers, sirens, lights and physical security measures to eliminate the threat. If the threat cannot be eliminated, when the situation becomes more serious, the operator calls the emergency services and informs the emergency authorities throughout the process. He also informs hierarchically the site personnel, the project manager, the company manager, the client and the relevant persons.
